Shipping Policy

Where your order ships from
All Duskloom orders ship from a fulfillment warehouse inside the United States. Nothing is sent from overseas, so your order doesn't cross a border and isn't subject to import charges.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery
United States: 3 to 8 business days after processing. In practice most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of being placed.

We currently ship to the United States only.

Cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you on the day your order leaves the warehouse. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, email us and we'll look it up.

If your order is late or missing
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of being placed, email duskloomhelp@gmail.com and we will refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. You don't need to contact the carrier yourself and you don't need to wait longer than that.

If tracking shows delivered and you don't have it
Email us. We'll check the carrier record and, in most cases, refund or replace it.
