What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and the details of what you bought. We do not see or store your card details. Payment is handled by PayPal, and your payment information goes to them, not to us.

Our website also collects basic analytics through Shopify, such as which pages were visited and roughly where visitors are located.

Why we collect it
To send you your order, to email you about that order, and to answer you when you contact us. That's all.

Who we share it with
Our fulfillment partner, who needs your delivery address to ship your order. Shopify, which runs this website. PayPal, which processes payment. Nobody else. We do not sell your information to anyone, for any purpose.

Marketing
We don't currently send marketing emails. If that changes, you'll be asked to opt in first, and you'll be able to opt out of every message.

Your rights
Email duskloomhelp@gmail.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for asking. We don't sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

This site uses cookies to keep your cart working and to measure traffic. You can block them in your browser, though the cart will stop working if you do.
