Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Everything we sell ships from a warehouse inside the United States, so it is not waiting on a container or sitting in customs.

What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Free on everything, no minimum, no code to enter.

Where does it ship from?
Ripple ships from Cranbury, New Jersey. Hush ships from Burlington, New Jersey. Bloom ships from Ontario, California.

Do I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed the day your order leaves the warehouse. If it has been more than a few days and nothing has arrived in your inbox, check your spam folder first, then email us.

Will I get charged customs or duty?
Not on a US delivery. The item is already in the country before you order it, so there is nothing to import.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We would rather not sell you a delivery window we cannot keep.

Returns and refunds

What is the return window?
Thirty days from the day it arrives.

Do I have to post it back?
Usually not. For items this size the return postage often costs more than the item, so in most cases we refund you and tell you to keep it or pass it on. Email us and we will tell you which it is.

It arrived broken.
Email duskloomhelp@gmail.com with a photo. We replace it or refund you. You will not be asked to argue about it.

Payment

How do I pay?
Through PayPal, which also lets you pay by card without a PayPal account. Your card details never touch us.

What currency are the prices in?
US dollars.

The products

Why do you only sell three things?
Because we check them properly, and that takes time. More will come. See About for the long version.

Why are there no reviews?
Because nobody has left one yet. The shop is new. We would rather show you an empty space than buy a five star average, which is what the number under most products like these actually is.

Are these bright enough to read by?
No. All three are mood lighting. They light a room, a desk, or a bedside table. None of them replaces a reading lamp.
